When you come to therapy with your partner or family, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a warm supportive, research-based method that helps identify negative cycles of interaction, helps you reconnect, develop secure attachments, and build or rebuild a sense of belonging or closeness. EFT is empirically tested and found to be a successful couples and family therapy approach!
