With over 16 years experience supporting children, youth and adults, I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, depression and trauma and I am sure together we can get you on the right path to feeling better. I have also completed Phase 1 training in Brainspotting (a brain-based therapeutic technique) which helps access and release trapped emotions.

I aim to provide a comfortable space that is open and free of any bias or judgement; where you feel respected, empowered and better!
