I believe that substance abuse is a barrier to many living a purposeful and meaningful life. I have worked with helping break the cycle of addiction in a hospital setting and understand the lies and patterns many face while abusing drugs or alcohol. I believe that this is a disease that does not have to progress It is my job to empower clients with choices that will move them forward into a new future.

I help clients whose lives have been affected by the trauma of addiction. I use non-pathologizing approaches to help clients get to the root of their unwanted addictive behavior. I also help loved-ones who have been caught in a cycle of relational distress with an addicted family member or spouse. I can help make sense of the experience of the addictive cycle and aid clients in regaining a sense of control over their lives.
