As time progresses, the addiction becomes the main way of coping with difficulties. i help clients identify the problem areas of their lives, and learn healthier coping strategies to deal with difficult times. Drawing on the work of Gabor Mate, Narrative Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and Response-Based practice, I will begin to address the pain and suffering experienced by individuals and families. Each individual is so much more than the addiction they experience.

Some people are much more vunerable to addiction than others. I understand this and work form a bio/phycho/social and mostly spiritual model.
