I facilitate groups of men and women who are in local treatment centers at Wind Horse Hill Healer's Retreat and Training Center where we have the opportunity to work with horses in a beautiful, relaxing Hill Country setting. We also provide programming for families with an addicted member. Learning ways to deepen insight, improve communication, set strong flexible boundaries and enjoy leaning into a morning or afternoon of self care proves for an empowering opportunity for growth and healing.
