Anger is addictive. Those using anger as a way of coping with life and life stress needs learn to develop more helpful and less self-destructive strategies to address disappointment and frustration. Counselors offer much needed guidance and support in development of adaptive life skills aimed at bettering one's approach to overcoming potential obstacles.
