While anger is a natural response to certain situations, it can also become overwhelming. As with all emotions, it arises for a reason. In our response to persistent anger, we will explore short-term techniques for self-calming and composure, as well as look for the source of this emotion. Long-term relief often requires looking below the surface, where we can find out together what the deeper causes might be.
