I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist. The primary method I use is a choice-based system in which the types of anger are defined and highly effective techniques are taught to manage the anger. This method is for motivated people who are honestly seeking to control their anger. This system is easy to learn, but takes practice. It often leads to profound self awareness. If anger is a problem in marriage, family or at work, I highly recommend these sessions! If needed, a Certificate of Completion is given at the successful completion of the program.
