Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can help to process the original experiences that are underlying the anger, so those old feelings can be resolved. EMDR works by targeting the past events that led to the anger, the current experiences that trigger it now, and helps you develop skills for managing future situations in ways that feel comfortable and effective for you.
