Anger is a strong emotional reaction to an unfulfilled expectation. Much of our anger stems from our desire to be validated and loved by others and to protect ourselves. When we do not experience this love, respect or a sense of worth, pain comes to the surface and we experience hurt, anger, anxiety and other destructive emotions. Then we end up hurting those we love. Together we can journey to the core of your anger and find ways to liberate yourself from people and expectations you cannot control and find the peace and freedom in the things you can.

Anger is a normal emotion yet too often expressed ineffectively and in destructive ways. Anger comes in many different packages and is observed in a number of ways. Anger left unmanaged, integrated and expressed in loving understanding and compassionate terms becomes resentment Aristotle said "Anybody can become angry, that is easy; but to be angry with the right person, and to the right degree, and at the right time, and for the right purpose, and in the right way, that is not within everybody's power, that is not easy." Many times we don't know how to manage it and how to effectively express it. Constructive anger is possible!
