Anger thrives on unmet needs. I will help you identify and ask for needs and wants and give you tools to stop and calm in the middle of an episode. Feeling controlled also causes anger. I will help you respond and not react to others' control so that you can set healthy boundaries for yourself that will help improve your relationships. I will also provide much needed accountability as you make the changes toward a more healthier you.

Anger is a powerful emotion. When energized by its physiological ally, adrenalin, it is a potent force which can propel our behaviour in directions we never intended to go and end up in destinations where we never intended to be. The secret to addressing the anger issue is the mind. One of the most important lessons I can ever learn is that I have the ability to choose my thoughts. When I refuse to allow my thoughts to be dictated by my emotions but, instead, choose thoughts based upon the outcome I want - everything changes! What freedom to know that I can choose thoughts and actions allowing me the outcome I want. When I take control of me, the emotions and physiology fall in line.
