"Anger management" tends to be one of those buzz words in the fields. Most of us have some challenges in managing our anger from time to time. My approach is to help you take a look at the thought process that often leads to anger and shift it, and to become more aware of the sensations (mostly bodily) that arise as your anger escalates, learning specific strategies to help you manage and diffuse those sensations.
