I believe anxiety can be mostly relieved by using some very specific tools with regularity, and without the use of medication. My clients who have used my suggestions have reduced their anxiety substantially or almost completely. This includes generalized anxiety, performance anxiety, and panic attacks. Besides learning the tools and resources for anxiety management, we will explore the deeper fears that fuel the anxiety, and challenge the thoughts and beliefs that maintain those fears. In stress management, you will learn how to create a built-in system that allows you to dispel stress regularly before it gets to an intensive level.
