Everyone feels stress and anxiety every once in a while. However, when those feelings of stress and anxiety take over, a person may feel trapped or without control over their life. Therapy can help teach clients to regain control over their anxiety, and in time reduce episodes of anxiety. By working to improve coping skills and anxiety management, clients often benefit from a reduction in anxiety episodes resulting in achieving goals they otherwise may not have thought possible.
