I primarily work on anxiety and stress from a discussion approach to understanding where the anxiety and stress begin and its cause. Then, together, we will work towards several ways to cope with the stress and anxiety in ways that are comfortable to you as a client. Working together as a team often helps reduce the stress many of us feel while learning ways to better deal.
