A core element of navigating career decisions is being able to know, understand and trust yourself. My understanding of personality types (and the strengths and weaknesses of each) is just one way that I help clients to make sense of themselves in places where they feel unsure of the way forward. Additionally, I also help clients work through any underlying dynamics which are making it difficult for them to better hear what their own intuition (i.e., their "gut") is trying to tell them. My overall goal is help you gain clarity about yourself, and whatever possibilities you are considering, so that you can experience peace regarding whatever you decide vocationally.

It's not unusually to find yourself in a deep depression due to being over stressed at work and being completely bored out our mind in a job where you are not challenged. Getting counseling help sorting out what the various options might be brings such peace of mind, hope and direction. In just a few meetings, new options will come to light to provide the needed direction and encouragement.
