Knowing how you come across inter-personally can be a huge asset in advancing your career. Are you soft? Are you a yes-man? Do you come across as angry or controlling? Are there "communication skills" that stop you from getting that promotion? If so, we can use our relationship to explore how you come across. I can provide you honest and direct feedback that others are too uncomfortable to tell you. We can come up with a game-plan concerning how to come across the way you want to. It could involve merely practicing and being aware of how you come across and it could involve longer term therapy that gives you an enhanced sense of self so you come across with more confidence naturally.

Life is short. Going to a job everyday that you hate is a good way to waste it. Knowing what job is right for you is not easy. You really need to look at who you are and what you want from life. Getting to know who you are, and not who your parents, spouse, or children think you are is one of life's most difficult challenges. What I love doing most is helping people discover who they really are. But, once you know who you are and what you want to do, you also need to develop a reasonable transition plan to get from here to there. This takes a grounded and realistic approach in additon to liberating your creative juices. Being both a visionary and an engineer, I can help you master both.
