While I am not a Vocational Counselor, most of the individuals with whom I've worked to provide career type counseling did not need vocational testing to select a career. What they did need was a place to brainstorm ideas about a career move or an occupation change, someone to provide coaching about how to answer interview questions, complete a resume, and get on all the social media sites, such as Linkedin.
