Then, we find ourselves experiencing missed opportunities, regret, angst, and pain. I have also written extensively on the subject of job burnout, compassion fatigue, morale, effective leadership and ethics for multiple law enforcement publications. In my office I have also coached those who are starting their careers to those who are high level executives on pursuing their professional goals.
