Prior to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist, I worked at IBM for 14 years. IBM started downsizing and I was faced with the decision of having to move out of state in order to keep my job with IBM. I chose to stay and pursue my passion to become a therapist, but it required going to school for 6 years while working full time. I work with functional people – professionals, successful business people as well as mothers at home. I provide coaching to high achievers and anyone else who wishes to better their lives and achieve their desired goals. I specialize in helping people resolve issues related to money – be it overspending, not having it (desire for it) or having so much that it creates a unique set of problems.

Coaching sessions are specific to each individual and specific goals. It is standard for therapists to discuss the primary issues and concerns in your life during coaching sessions. It is common to schedule a series of weekly sessions, where each session lasts about fifty minutes. Coaching can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue, or can be longer-term, addressing more complex issues.
