A career is more than just a way to pay the bills. Every person spends most of their life in their careers and the career satisfaction/non-satisfaction spills over to the person’s personal life, too. However, there are many variables that can lead to career dissatisfaction. It can be the environment, interpersonal relationships, the skills and talents required for the job, and ultimately the person’s view of the job.
