Patterns and cycles start to develop prior to birth. Theories about the stages of development indicate that we start downloading and making sense of information and experiences from birth throughout the lifespan. I generally work with children ages ten and older, however depending on maturity level younger children may be accepted. I use mindfulness, and ego strengthening through art, role play, movement and visualization to help young clients develop strength and resiliency.
