In my practice I prefer to work with youth 13 - 19 as opposed to children younger. I work with Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and other methodologies as required. I have written a book and have taught a course entitled "Critical Tools for Working With Youth" which has been well received by Community Schools on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia and am well versed in the many issues of today's Youth. As I am a mother of two happy and successful children, I feel I bring a lot to the counselling of these young people.
