Our spirituality is a very important aspect of who we are and is essential to our healing and wholeness. If you are someone who considers your faith and prayer life to be important to you as a person, I provide counseling within the context of your beliefs, and integrate spirituality with therapy. While I work with people of various religious and denominational backgrounds, my personal approach is from a Christian, Catholic, non-conservative and non-judgmental perspective. Counseling can help you with many internal obstacles and help you live more fully and free to become the person God created you to be.

I engage in both Christian as well as Spiritual counseling. Prayers, novenas and references to certain scriptures may be used if considered acceptable to the client. Each individual is respected as having a unique position and relationship with God. Spiritual counseling incorporates a spiritual dimension with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It tends to produce a stronger intimacy with God as well as to bring deep healing in your innermost being that has been through a lot or wounded. This approach tends to heal in it's own magical way as there is believe and hope due to trust in God. God has no favorites, and wants to see all of us healed. We are just a little lost trying to get there.
