I attended a graduate school of psychology (Rosemead Graduate School within Biola University) with a Christian world view for the express purpose of providing my clients the very best therapy within a distinctively Christian world view. As a Christian counselor, all of my interventions with clients are informed by the teachings of the Bible and guided by the presence of the Holy Spirit -- even when working with non-churched folks. This does not mean that people who do not wish to discuss faith matters are forced to do so, but that as a therapist my perspective will always be influenced by the loving spirit and teachings of God. For those who would like to pray, consider scripture and matters of faith in relation to whatever they are working on, I am well prepared to guide them in this. I also enjoy working with folks who are not sure about their faith and would like to explore their questions and conflicts in safety.
