Are you struggling with a spiritual war - being trapped in temptation and finding it hard to get out from it? Have you experienced discrimination and criticism that make you question your faith? Do you find it hard to communicate with your significant others about your Christian faith and practice? I have been a Christian for more than 20 years. I have personally gone through all these challenges. I hope I can walk this spiritual journey with you by relying on prayers and words of God.

Central to my faith as a Christian is my understanding of God’s abundant grace and His capacity to redeem any circumstance for our benefit and His glory, even when we are not yet able to see any of that in the midst of our suffering. I view my role of therapist to be that of a vessel of God’s grace with the sacred role of helping clients towards growth and healing through the circumstances they face. I welcome the use of scripture in sessions as a source of hope, strength and encouragement while also engaging in therapeutic approaches that would be appropriate to your circumstances.
