I can assist with developing these skills through couples counseling, which is often strengthened by individual sessions with each partner.

Our therapists approach couple counseling using the latest research in the field. This research shows that couples must learn to be good friends, learn how to deal with differences and conflict, and find ways to support each other in their dreams and hopes for the future. Using the Gottman method, Scream-Free Marriages method, and sound research to back them, our therapists are able to assist couples in their endeavor to improve their relationship and return it to a healthier, happier place.
