I provide couples counseling in Gilbert, AZ. Relationships can be very difficult. We all come into relationships with previous experiences, beliefs, and triggers. This can often lead to general conflict and difficulties in communication, which can ultimately result in turmoil, hurt feelings, and disconnection. My approach to couples counseling is to help each person better understand their partner and themselves, in order to increase effective communication. My goal is to provide the necessary tools and shifts in perspective to allow for the couple to view each other and their relationship in a more productive light, and to improve communication, in order to enhance relational functioning.
