First and foremost, we recognize that "couples" can mean a lot of different things and we try not to approach the treatment process with any assumptions. We want to understand you each as individuals and the things that bring you together as a couple. We want to understand the agreements you have with one another and how those agreements may not be holding up. Our approach is rooted in the understanding that you are coming to therapy out of your love for one another, and that you want to find the healthiest way forward -- whether that is together or apart.
