I especially enjoy working with couples, or helping patients with their relationships. Having been happily married myself for 25 years with two grown children, I am especially empathic to relationship problems. First and foremost, I help a couple to see that their troubled relationship is due to a system breakdown and not one particular problem. The solution very generally involves more structure, more fun and less blame and criticism.
