My approach to working with couples focuses on helping couples identify and effectively communicate the issues that are effecting their relationship, as well as finding ways to emotionally re-connect with each other. Relational issues are addressed through increasing a sense of connection and hope in the relationship. While there are many different treatment modalities that we can draw from, ultimately helping the couple find that 'magic spark' is the key to moving towards the couple's relational goals.

I provide couples counseling, marriage counseling, pre-marital and blended family couples counseling. I use Gottman principals and emotional focused therapy approaches in helping you build stronger connections, foster effective communication, and overall create lives built and aligned together. For those that would like Christian couples counseling we will integrate biblical principals alongside therapeutic interventions.
