Our approach to Couples counseling is very different than individual counseling because we are certified Gottman Therapists. Couples want to have a conversation that goes well on their most sensitive topics. Our goal is to coach couples in these conversations by giving them practical researched based tools. Couples need to talk to each other not the therapist. They will only feel successfull if they learn how to do this at home by getting a feel for it with the therapist.
