Most people experience depression at some point in their lives, sometimes as part of an adjustment to life issues and sometimes because something's amiss in your brain and/or body. Whatever the case, depression is treatable. If a medication evaluation seems indicated and you're willing to have a consultation, I'll refer you to a professional who can prescribe, while I'll continue to provide the therapy.
