I use research-based, Cognitive-Behavioral techniques to identify and change patterns in thinking and behavior to improve mood. Symptoms specific to each patient will be targeted to maximize therapeutic benefit. These include low mood, disturbance in sleep or appetite, social withdrawal, and irritability. In addition, I address co-occurring struggles with self-esteem, relationships, and stress management. If appropriate, multiple modalities of treatment will be used or recommended.
