Depression comes in many forms. It does not manifest itself the same way in different people. Therefore I use an individualized approach in which I obtain a thorough history from you. I will ask you what symptoms you have been having and for how long. I believe in a holistic approach in which I get to know your many strengths, and we work together to use new ways of thinking in order to improve your moods.
