No matter how bad things seem, there are times when your depression is not as severe or not as controlling. Using a solution focused approach we will focus on past successes as opposed to harping on the negative times with the objective of finding times when your happier, even if it is just a little bit. Once you are able to start to recognize small positive changes, those can lead to larger changes.
