We can learn to recognize triggers and situations that bring on more suffering and work to minimize their effect on your life. I am trained and work to understand the multiple facets of big, intense emotions so you will soon start to know how to live life without being debilitated by depression.

Equine therapy is an alternative therapy where therapists use horses to help people who are dealing with depression or other mental health problems. In a usual equine therapy session, patients are asked to care for a horse – feed them, groom them and walk them. In an equine assisted psychotherapy setting, clients will work to gain skills while working with horses. These skills will translate into every day life situations to help with problem solving skills.

I specialize in treating children and adults for articulation, fluency, language disorders, pragmatic/social language disorders, dyslexia, etc. I am currently offering in-person sessions for children (as our clinic is geared towards school-age clients) and tele-therapy for both children and adults.
