For some people compulsive eating or dieting is just a way to get rid of bad feelings. The problem is that the bad feelings always come back. Compulsive and addictive behaviors - like obsessive and compulsive disorder, gambling, sexual addictions, eating disorders, cutting, etc. - can work very much like alcohol and substance abuse. They are ways of controlling strong emotional reactions of anxiety, anger, sadness, loneliness or guilt. I use 90-minute and 3-HOUR SESSIONS to identify and fully resolve the roots of your emotional reactions so that they no longer trigger the urge to self-medicate.
