I have specialized for the past 12 years or so in the treatment of compulsive overeating & binge eating disorder, & developed a program called "Eating with Grace" (see www.eatingwithgrace.com). I teach MINDFUL EATING, including a 3-credit undergraduate class by that name at the University of Vermont. These days I work with clients in a health coaching role, supporting positive behavior changes around mindful eating & caring self-care. I support clients in examining what gets in the way of prioritizing their own needs & developing the skills to clear the way to take care of their bodies, hearts & souls.
