I do not specialize in Eating Disorders, but often work with clients who have eating disordered traits. We use a holistic psychosocial approach to identifying underlying emotional causes, developing alternative coping skills and modifying behavior. Mandala art therapy and assessment, Neuro-Integration and Emotional Freedom Technique are highly beneficial.

As a Nutrition and Wellness coach I try to assist people with living a more Healthful Lifestyle. I have spent much time focusing on clients with compulsive eating, emotional eating, and obesity issues. I also work with client who are relatively balanced in weight, but their eating choice is unhealthy raising their risk for diabetes in mid-life. I have found some modifications to our eating and activity level can make a world of difference.
