Eating is a natural process and our body has in it a self guidance system to tell us what and how much we need to eat. When eating patterns become unhealthy, it is the result of a person's innocent thinking creating an experience of reality that does not allow for the body to naturally guide our need for and enjoyment of food. I offer education about the power of our thinking, point clients toward how thought creates our feelings, and teach mindful eating and body awareness to reconnect clients to being present in their own skin during food preparation and eating.
