You hurt when someone in your family is hurting. This is because you care! Individuals don't function in isolation from the ones who love them but when one person in a family is hurting they all are hurting. That is why we look at the whole family in the healing process. Developing strong, genuine, need fulfilling relationships enables families to navigate the healing process and repair the damage with the result of making the whole family stronger. Let us guide you on this healing journey.

I believe that in every system, be it individuals or families, there is a healing force. Sometimes the system may be so overwhelmed from various issues that it feels broken. As a therapist working with families, I first work to help each member tap into this healing force—the strength within. Then I assist parents in identifying and meeting their needs—whether it be parenting skills, communication training, or anger management—so that they, in turn, can teach and care for their children. It is my goal to assist families in becoming self reliant and self nurturing systems with the necessary skills to reach their full potential.
