Family means something different to most people. Ideally, family is who we share our lives with, offer love and support, and grow as individuals and a unit. It is not reality that this is successful and struggle free at all times. Families face hurdles and barriers, and can explore ways that these can be overcome together. Whether there are everyday conflicts, lifestyle differences, or misunderstandings and anger, chronic family stress can lead to lasting negative effects. Whatever the source of the conflict, with cooperation of the members, relationships and interactions can be strengthened and challenges can be faced.
