I use a Family Systems approach to illuminate roles and unhealthy behaviours in order to help family members understand how they affect the well being of other family members (which often affect others outside the family as well). After dissecting maladaptive 'behavioural transactions' I help families develop healthier boundaries that will in turn improve personal functioning and create a more balanced and enjoyable family dynamic.
