Working with families is one of the most rewarding pieces to my practice. I find it challenging to work with three or more people, all with different personalities and different perspectives of what is going wrong. As in other types of counselling, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however, having said that, I also marry other types of counselling when appropriate. Simply put, I use what works for a specific situation. I have found this to be very successful.
