Individual sessions are focused on helping you not just cope but recover from loss, using The Grief Recovery Method One-on-One Program. This is a 7 week program in which we will meet once a week. Recovery from loss is achieved by a series of small and correct choices made by the griever. It is my job, along with The Grief Recovery Handbook, to explain those action choices to you, and guide you in taking them. Grief Support Groups provide a safe environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with loss, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will lead you to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain.
