Grieving? Lose someone or something? Grief and loss can be overwhelming. Connecting with the loss is an important aspect of the process as well as finding what growth can be achieved through it. We ask questions like - "Does God care". These are very real and normal feelings. Though Christ suffered also, entering into that is not pleasant. I provide a listening ear. Contact me.

Learning how to healthily grieve is foundational to experiencing peace in the midst of a broken world. We all experience various forms of loss, from the "little" disappointments that we don't even consciously notice, to the catastrophic losses that feel as though they will drown us. We are relational beings who are meant to grieve and work through all of these in the context of relationships. As one who is no stranger to loss, I know how scared we can be to face our grief and loss. And I know the great peace and strength that comes through doing so. I would be honored to guide and walk with you in your grief journey, helping you to eventually find new life on the other side of your loss.

Grief is a normal process after any loss. I help clients understand the process of grieving and identify any unhealthy lingering beliefs and feelings that are keeping them stuck in pain. As they learn to release those, maintaining the memories they want to keep, they can then move on with their lives. I assist them in releasing guilt, anger, hurt, loneliness, fear and old relationship patterns that cause any of the negative feelings, replacing them with new, empowering beliefs.

Are you struggling with a loss? This might be the loss of a loved one or a beloved pet. It may be a divorce which has left you grieving. There are a variety of losses we experience in life. Death and divorce are among the most difficult and painful. Many are aware of the stages of grief but what you may not realize is that there is no particular order in going through them. If you have experienced a loss and you're "all over the place" with your emotions, this is more normal than you realize. Many of my clients experience relief from having a safe place to talk and process their loss. In time the pain will lesson but the timeframe will be different for everyone.
