Grief is a critical process in resolving the loss of a loved one, a career, a beloved pet, etc. My sense is that grieving is an ongoing process and that we never really resolve the death of a loved one. We become better able to gain another perspective and hopefully incorporate this loss into our lives.

Grief is a natural process. However, when it interferes with normal functioning such as work or relationships, one may need assistance. I offer a gentle , patient approach, supplemented with some energy techniques if needed. I have had good results helping clients cope with loss and grief using a combination of careful listening and reflection. It's been my experience that not many sessions are needed to assist those experiencing these problems. Please call if you think what you are experiencing is hindering your life.
