I will help you learn to breathe again, just one breath at a time. I walk with you through your unique grief stages and give you practical ways to cope. I meet you where you are and help you to see light in total darkness. I provide a place where you can just "let it out" and not feel pressured to "get over it" and "on with your life." I can support you in finding meaning in life again.

We all experience grief and loss during the course of our lives. Grief and loss can take many forms, whether we've lost a job or a loved one, it can be a difficult process. Even a decline in health can lead to a form of grieving. It's important to remember that grief and loss are normal and expected life events. We can't prevent these events from happening but we can choose to deal with them in ways that are healthy. Letting grief go unchecked can lead to depression and bitterness. Grief counseling can be helpful for the individual who is working through the stages of grief. If you have experienced loss recently or in the past, I would like to help you work through your process.
