We all experience loss at some point, but we don't always use, or even see grief as a way to grow our lives and existing relationships. My hope is to build a relationship where people can walk through their grief in their own personal way. As I walk beside people, I hope to help them process the loss, to allow the suffering to eventually be an avenue of growth that can change how they see life and relationships.

Much of life, whether we like it or not, involves saying goodbye. We say it to family members, to beloved friends, and even to careers and dreams. Sometimes we have a say in how our goodbyes happen; more often they’re forced upon us. Through Grief and Loss Counseling, I help clients learn how to express their grief and remorse in healthy, productive ways. They’re able to honor the departed and grieve their losses, while, at the same time, re-gain the clarity, energy and resilience needed for the life that’s before them.
